The frozen strawberry
DESCRIPTION: Berry whole, fast-frozen. Whole berries of strawberry of the correct form corresponding
to high-quality features. In lump a product friable, without adhesion of berries, pure, without damages
diseases and wreckers, uniform in degree of a maturity and form. Color of berries red or dark red.
Berries with white tips which are high-quality feature of raw materials are allowed. Taste and smell sweet
or sweet-sour, peculiar to strawberry. Foreign smacks and smells are not allowed. Strangers
impurity are not allowed.

WAY of PRODUCTION: shock freezing;
CONDITIONS AND PERIODS OF STORAGE: at a temperature not above-18±1oС and relative humidity of air not
more than 95% there are no more than 12 months from the date of production.
