The frozen sweet pepper
DESCRIPTION: Pieces of pepper of the correct form and the declared size. No more than 25% are allowed
pieces with deviations of a form and the size and no more than 10% of small fractions. Color – red, yellow,
green, depending on a pepper grade. In packing no more than 10% of impurity of pepper of other flowers are allowed.
For mix of pepper – different colors in approximately equal parts. SMELL inherent in sweet grades
pepper, pronounced sweet taste with a pleasant slightly bitter taste, foreign smacks is not allowed.
